Kindly be advised that at the present there are no technical systems / IT products / software having a valid certification in any form, from the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI). AAOIFI has received complaints and inquiries from several parts of the world about the existence of entities and companies in the software development and technical systems or financial institutions which have products, claiming that their products or their systems are accredited or certified by AAOIFI. Therefore, it is our legitimate and legal duty to clarify that all of these claims are groundless and void. Accordingly, we would like to emphasize that it is not permitted to any party to use AAOIFI’s logo, tradename or intellectual properties without an official written permission from AAOIFI. In addition, no party is allowed to indirectly give an impression that such products are approved or certified by AAOIFI. Whereas, in the event of any product or contract or technical system, program or translation or book issued by AAOIFI or officially certified by AAOIFI, it would be clearly presented on its official website. Thus, AAOIFI reserves the right to take legal action against any party having such claim without its, official and written permission
