Financial Accounting Standard Discussion Paper (FAS DP) “Accounting and Financial Reporting Approach for Tawarruq and Commodity Murabaha” was issued by the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions’ (AAOIFI’s) Accounting Board (AAB / the board) in September 2024.

Considering the significance of this FAS DP the comments period is being extended; stakeholders are requested to share their comments and feedback by 31 March 2025 in writing.
